Participa and its partners are the founders and main financial supporters of FADA, the Foundation for the Support and Development of Autistic People.

Since 1988, FADA provides education to people with autism: children, teenagers and adults, underprivileged or not. Autistic people have a developmental disorder that affects the funcioning of the brain, and impairs their social interaction, communication and play skills.

FADA is located in the town of Cotia, in the Gramado district, on the Km 25,05 of Rodovia Raposo Tavares, next to the Rodoanel Mario Covas in the state of São Paulo.
